For Belgium and The Netherlands the total processing time (incl. delivery carrier) is normally never more than 3 working days. Shipping to other European countries can take up to a week. 

As a buyer, you can exercise the right of renunciation within fourteen days after delivery of the product or upon signing a service agreement without penalty and without giving reasons. 

This can be done by notifying us in writing by e-mail at . 
If you wish to exercise this right, the products must be returned in their original condition, unopened and packed in the original packaging at your own expense and risk.

In order to guarantee a safe delivery of the package, we advise you to use an insured courier company. After all, the buyer is responsible for the return shipment.

C.O.D. returns will not be accepted. The refund will be made to the account number provided by you after receipt and verification of the return.
